Privacy Policy

This policy describes Raleigh Lead Recovery's current service and messaging practices.

What we collect

We collect information you provide, including your name, business details, email address, phone numbers, lead files, service preferences, and communications with us. When an automated agent handles a call, we may process call metadata, recordings, transcripts, summaries, outcomes, and information voluntarily provided during the conversation.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, place requested lead-recovery calls, deliver transactional lead alerts, support customers, understand website and product usage, improve call quality, prevent abuse, honor opt-outs, and comply with legal obligations.

Text messaging

If you explicitly consent, Raleigh Lead Recovery may send one-time verification messages, transactional lead alerts, and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Analytics

We use PostHog to understand visits, navigation, conversion actions, feature usage, and technical performance. We do not intentionally send lead files, call contents, phone numbers, or email addresses as analytics event properties.

Service providers

We use service providers such as Retell, Supabase, Vercel, PostHog, and other infrastructure providers to deliver and improve the service. They may process information only as needed to perform services for us, subject to their contractual and legal obligations. We do not authorize these providers to use mobile opt-in information for their own marketing.

Lead data and call recordings

Customers must provide only lead data they are authorized to use. Call recording and disclosure requirements vary by jurisdiction. Customers are responsible for selecting legally appropriate contacts and instructions; Raleigh Lead Recovery applies configured disclosures, calling windows, suppression rules, and opt-out handling.

Requested demo calls

If you request a live demo, we use the name, business name, and phone number you provide to place one personalized automated call. We record your consent, call metadata, and abuse-prevention identifiers, and may record and transcribe the call as disclosed on the request form. A demo request does not enroll the number in an outreach campaign.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, document consent and opt-outs, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. Certain records, including consent and suppression records, may be retained when required for compliance, security, or dispute resolution. To stop texts, reply STOP. To resume after opting out, reply START or UNSTOP.
